awesome place ! I was more than happy with the service and the pricing . the staff is top notch and have very good customer service skills. I bought a set of tires and my car needed brakes . I didn't say anything about the brakes when I took the car in but they check it and took me out to the car and showed me what was wrong . I had another tire store look at the brakes before I went to Big 10 and they said I needed all sorts of things to repair the brakes . Thanks God the guys at Big 10 were honest . the car didn't need any of the things the other shop said I needed . just a pad replacement and fixing the rotors turning them I believe was all I needed at a very good price my car stops better than it ever has and I got lifetime warranty on the part for less than 150 dollars . I will be a customer at Big 10 for a long time . thanks to Tim and his crew for making my visit a pleasure . I will be back when I need anything in the future !
