Bait and switch, poor customer service follow up
“Very poor experience on 01/10/11, encountered bait and switch tactics. Put different tires on than those that were presented. When confronted and made it known we were very unhappy with how things were done they offered half price alignment and half price road hazard insurance. Oh boy!” -

Knieriem Tires
Awful.
“They refused to honor the treadlife warranty on a set of tires I purchased from them less than a year go. \n \nUpon their initial inspection they said they'd honor the warranty, but they'd have to order thr replacements. I was told to come back two days later. \n \nTwo days later I decided to call them before I made the trip to see them and was told that they 'forgot' to order my tires, and that they will not honor the warranty! \n \nI've since contacted the tire manufacturer, and will be getting replacements. \n \nThese people are dishonest, and will not be getting any more business from me or my family.”
